New Beginnings Sessions:
Your infant will change so much during the first year. Each phase of development is an opportunity for you to capture that fleeting moment in time. Blue Sky’s images will capture enduring memories and important milestones. Each of our New Beginnings Sessions include the following:
The Beginning: This is a great time to focus on the relationship between parent and child. Tight shots of a babies skin next to yours, tiny feet, sweet hands, a bare bottom all show the beginning of a beautiful relationship. We recommend that the baby be asleep for most of these sweet shots. The best way to capture a newborn in bare skin or in a cloth diaper. Ideally the baby will be photographed between 2-4 weeks old.
The expression: That sweet new smile, a head lifted off the floor, toes in the mouth, sitting up with some help, all of these moments occur around the six month mark. This is a wonderful time to capture your baby before they become mobile. Blue Sky’s will provide sweet tutus, baby overalls, pearls, headbands and other cute accessories. You bring babies favorite toy, a special blanket and any other item that will help capture their attention.
The Escape: One year old is a special milestone, and keeps the Blue Sky’s photographers on the run. The “Celebrating One” sessions are always fun and crazy. The most popular part of the day is the cake smashing session (of course this is done last). We keep your child having fun so we can truely capture their personalities. We recommend tutus and birthday hats, overalls, white tee and jeans, headband, hats, and simple dresses. We can provide clothing upon request.
